This policy explains what YB Records collects when you use theofficialybrecords.com, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, inquiry type, optional music link, and message you type in. We keep it so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation.
Basic technical information. Our host and our security provider record standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site online and to block abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Video
Videos on this site are embedded from YouTube using youtube-nocookie.com, which means YouTube does not set a tracking cookie until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie only if you log in to the WordPress administration area. Ordinary visitors are not given tracking cookies by us.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, and are read by YB Records. The site is hosted on infrastructure managed by Urban AI Labs and served through Cloudflare. None of these providers receive your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact form entries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and can be deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected].
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
